With over 10 years and over 2.5 million sqft of building design and construction, Sayak is a veteran in real estate development. Sayak has also worked in financial services industry, originating over $10B in loans.
In his designs, Sayak loves to combine his engineering expertise with traditional Indian art forms and home building principles.
Sayak holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Warangal and an MBA from Rice University.

Alex has spent the last decade living, investing, and owning several businesses in the Houston area.

With 15 years in global project development, Alex has over $2B in heavy industrial and commercial real estate project experience.
